People Who Have Too Much Time on their Hands

Found in one of my favorite magazines, Saveur. Although I am amazed there are people out there that have this kind of time to devote to their hobbies(?) I am grateful they are out there so we can to admire their art(?).

You can browse thousands of snapshots of inflight meals served aboard actual flights and submitted by passengers who then upload them to the site. Why? Is it really important?
